Providers who have enrolled in Medi-Cal can check on the status of their application by logging into the PAVE Portal.


Step 1: Login to the PAVE portal here


Step 2: Click on "My Applications"


Step 3: Select the appropriate application type


  • Click on "In Progress" to view your in-progress applications
  • Once you have completed your application, you will see it listed in "Return to Provider" if additional information is requested, "Approved" once your application is approved and "Denied" if your application was denied for any reason.  You can also resubmit applications on the pave portal


Please send Help Therapy your Medi-Cal provider ID number once you have been approved!
