Do you need to update your CAQH account - address changes, insurance changes, etc.?

You can quickly and easily do this in your CAQH Proview portal.  


Please note: You will receive a notification from CAQH ProView every 120 days to reattest that all of the information in your profile is up-to-date.  It is VERY important to do this as it connects to many or your major insurance carriers and will prevent you from losing your contracts.


To Keep Your Information Current every 120 Days


Step 1

Login to your CAQH ProView account at https://proview.caqh.org/pr


Step 2

Click on "Review & Attest" from the home page


Step 3

Update information as needed


Step 4

Click Attest


Step 5 

Upload any applicable supporting documents


To update your information OUTSIDE of the 120 day window (update to address, change in insurance, etc)


Step 1

Login to your CAQH ProView account at https://proview.caqh.org/pr


Step 2

Make sure your information is selected under "Practice Locations"


Step 3

Review and update the required information

If you are credentialing with a new insurance company and need to give them access to your information, select Affiliations and add the insurance payer.  This will allow them to review the information in your account.


Step 4

Review and attest that the information is accurate.  Click Attest


Step 5

Confirm that the the Profile Data shows 'Complete' in green
